Background
Albany County Executive Daniel P. McCoy created the Albany County Opioid Task Force in 2016 to combat the opioid epidemic. The Task Force has brought together local leaders from public health, law enforcement, behavioral health, and the community to develop collaborative solutions to help individuals and families affected by opioid addiction and overdose.
